Balad Water Project: A Step Towards A Better Future In Salah Al-Din... Work Continues At A Rapid Pace

Engineer Ya'rub Qahtan Al-Awad, Director General of Al-Fao General Engineering Company, stated that work continues on the supplementary works project for the Balad Water Project in Salah al-Din, which the company is implementing for the General Directorate of Water, while adhering to the latest international standards in execution.

 

Project Details

- Production Capacity: (4,000) cubic meters per hour.

- Beneficiary Areas: Balad District and surrounding areas, providing potable water.

- Implementation Period: (720) days.

- Cost: (62) billion Iraqi dinars.

 

Al-Awad added that the current work includes:

1) The four sedimentation tanks.

2) Buildings for the high- and low-pressure pumps, power system, and filters.

3) Preparing and transporting the structure for the (400) cubic-meter high-pressure tank.
