THE SIXTH MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR Al-FAO GENERAL ENGINEERING COMPANY 2022

On Thursday, 16 / 6 / 2022, the sixth meeting of the Board of Directors of Al-Fao General Engineering Company, one of the formations of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Public Municipalities, was held at the company’s headquarters, headed by Eng. Ammar Abdul Razzaq Issa Al-Jubouri, General Manager and Chairman of the Board of Directors, in the presence of the members. At the beginning of the session, the Chairman of the Council welcomed the members, after which the meeting discussed the topics listed on the agenda, as follows:

1- The Board reviewed the paragraphs of the previous minutes and the measures taken in their regard.

2- The company’s general manager presented to the board of directors a review of the results of his visit with the general manager of the general directorate of water and the assistant general manager of the company for the Dujail water and al-Baghdadi water projects. And the obstacles they face, including bad weather conditions, and the distance of these projects from the city center, but all these problems will not deter them from their achievement. Ibrahim in an apartment, Director General of the Planning and Follow-up Department and a member of the company’s board of directors, stresses the need to pay attention to these service projects and provide the necessary support and follow-up to them, because the people of these areas are in dire need of completing such projects.

3- The Council discussed the projects implemented by the company in the various governorates of Iraq, which are up to (25) projects, and address the obstacles facing the work progress process in order to advance and complete them on time.

4- The Board emphasized the follow-up of suspended projects, as well as the company's financial entitlements with employers.

5- Urging the project managers to search for new job opportunities in order to maximize the company's resources and the continued employment of workers in these projects.

6- The Director of the Automation and Productivity Department presented a report on the overall work carried out by the department.

7- The Board reviewed the financial, supervisory, administrative, legal and media position of the company and took appropriate measures in this regard.
