Al-Fao General Engineering Company continues to make significant progress and accelerate the pace of work on the Ministry of Planning building complex project in Baghdad. The project, undertaken for the Ministry of Planning and under the supervision of the Buildings Department of the Ministry of Construction, Housing, and Municipalities, is progressing rapidly. The company's Director General, (Engineer Ya'rub Qahtan Abbas Al-Awad), announced that the technical and engineering work is proceeding according to schedule to ensure the project's timely completion, with the actual completion rate now at (80%). He emphasized that the new complex is designed according to the latest administrative and technological standards.

The project consists of a main building rising to five floors, which includes:

• Administrative Wings: Fully equipped offices for employees and dedicated meeting rooms.

• External Facilities: A dedicated outdoor parking area with modern canopies.

1- Civil And Aesthetic Works

• Painting the building's exterior facades.

• Painting the interior walls and partitions.

• Continued construction of the carports.

2- Digital And Electrical Systems

• Laying the main electrical power cables.

• Installing advanced telephone and internet networks.

• Installing early warning and smart fire systems.

3- Mechanical And Air Conditioning Works

• Conducting comprehensive technical inspections of the central cooling system.

• Continuing the wrapping and insulation of air ducts.
