Al-Fao General Engineering Company Organizes a Specialized Course on Energy Sustainability, the Environment, and Occupational Safety

 

As part of its ongoing commitment to developing staff capabilities and elevating professional and technical performance standards, Al-Fao General Engineering Company—through its Planning and Follow-up Department /Training and Development - organized a five-day specialized training course titled "Energy Sustainability, the Environment, and Occupational Safety," attended by a number of company employees.

This course is part of the company’s programs aimed at enhancing professional competence and employee skills; it is also a mandatory, foundational course required for promotion and career advancement.

The training program featured a series of specialized lectures covering key modern concepts and practices in the following areas:

🔹 Energy Sustainability : Energy conservation and the shift toward clean, sustainable solutions and sources.

🔹 Environmental Protection : Introducing scientific methods to mitigate pollution and preserve the environment within engineering and construction projects.

🔹 Occupational Safety : Promoting a culture of health and safety in the workplace and implementing preventive measures to minimize occupational hazards and injuries.

Engineer Ali Abdul-Razzaq (Head of the Occupational Safety Section) conducted the lectures and facilitated the training sessions. The course saw active engagement and participation from the trainees, who exchanged views and shared ideas and proposals that helped reinforce the practical application of the concepts discussed.
