General Manager Of Al-Fao Company: Remarkable Progress In The Jdeidet Shatt Water Project In Diyala
Engineer Yarab Qahtan Al-Awad, General Manager of Al-Fao General Engineering Company, announced the continuation of work on the Jdeidet Shatt Water Project in Diyala Governorate, which the company is implementing for the General Directorate of Water.
Project Details:
🟢 Completion Rate: The current completion rate has reached (89 %).
🟢 Production Capacity: The project's production is (2,000) cubic meters per hour.
🟢 Beneficiary Areas: Jdeidet Shatt District and surrounding villages.
Current Work:
🟢 Operation Of Pilot Pumps: to fill sedimentation tanks.
🟢 Completion Of Board Operation Work: and operation of fire and early warning systems and monitoring systems.
🟢 External Road Works: and installation of lighting pole foundations.
Project Importance:
🟢 Providing Potable Water: to deprived areas in Diyala Governorate.
🟢 Improving The Level Of Services: provided to citizens in the Jdeidet al-Shat district and surrounding villages.
The Director General emphasized that this project is part of the government program, and the company is closely monitoring it to ensure its rapid completion, given the urgent need for it in the region. This reflects FAO's commitment to improving Iraq's infrastructure and providing basic services to citizens.
