Al-Fao General Engineering Company Board of Directors Holds Its Ninth Meeting of 2026
Engineer Yarub Qahtan Al-Awad, Director General of Al-Fao General Engineering Company, chaired the company’s Board of Directors meeting held today, Tuesday, September 29, 2026 The Chairman opened the session by welcoming the attending members. The meeting began with a review of the items from the previous minutes and the actions and decisions taken regarding them, before proceeding to the current agenda, which included discussions on the following strategic areas:
Project Execution Status : Reviewing the progress report for the 59 projects currently being executed by the company and assessing their rates of progress.
Work Progress : Completion of four projects (100% completion rate), bringing the total number of projects completed during the current year to 15.
Field Monitoring and Oversight : Reviewing and discussing the results of periodic field visits conducted by the Director General, the Deputy Director General, and senior management staff; these visits aim to provide direct oversight and resolve obstacles at work sites.
Internal Matters : Examining the company’s administrative, financial, supervisory, and legal status, and adopting appropriate decisions to enhance institutional performance.
