Al-Fao: (92%) Of Al-Aziziyah Complex Completed, Three Other Residential Complexes Under Construction
✳️ Engineer Ya'rub Qahtan Al-Awad, Director General of Al-Fao General Engineering Company (a subsidiary of the Ministry of Construction, Housing, and Municipalities), announced that work on the Al-Aziziyah residential complex project in Wasit Governorate has reached a very advanced stage, with a completion rate of (92%). The company is implementing the project for the Ministry's Housing Department.
✳️ The complex includes (453) residential units, in addition to various service facilities: three schools, a health center, a mosque, a kindergarten, a commercial market, and an administration building. The project also includes potable water, stormwater drainage, and sewage networks.
✳️ Al-Awad explained that current work is focused on finishing touches to all project facilities and that work is progressing smoothly.
✳️ The Director General also noted that the company is currently implementing three other residential complexes in the governorates of Diyala, Babylon, and Sacred Karbala.
