Al-Fao General Engineering Company Nears Final Completion Of Al-Aziziyah Residential Complex Project In Wasit

✅ Engineer Yarab Qahtan Al-Awad, General Manager of Al-Fao General Engineering Company, confirmed the continuation of work on the Al-Aziziyah Residential Complex project in Wasit Governorate, which the company is implementing under the direct supervision of the Housing Department.

✅ He pointed out that the project is in advanced stages of implementation, comprising (453) housing units and multiple service buildings, including three schools, a health center, a mosque, a kindergarten, a market, and an administrative building, in addition to clean water, rainwater, and sewage networks.

✅ The General Manager explained that current work is focused on finishing works, including external painting, roads, courtyards, and connecting water and sewage networks. He indicated that the project's completion rate has reached (91%).

✅ On the other hand, His Lordship indicated that the company is currently implementing three other residential complexes in the governorates of Diyala, Babil, and Karbala, reflecting the company's commitment to providing integrated and advanced housing services to citizens.
