Engineer Imad Muhammad Abdullah: The company is implementing a workshop and outlet for automobile gas systems at the Al-Samoud Gas Plant (Baghdad - Al-Dora)

On Thursday, corresponding to 13 / 4 / 2023, Eng. Imad Muhammad Abdullah, Director General of the Al-Fao General Engineering Company, one of the formations of the Ministry of Construction, Housing, Municipalities and Public Works, and Eng. Elham Rikan, Projects department manager in the company, visited the project to establish a workshop and an outlet for car gas systems in Baghdad Governorate / Al-Dora, which is implementing The company is for the benefit of the Ministry of Oil / the General Company for Gas Mobilization and Services.

He was briefed on the ongoing work in the project and stressed the need to intensify the volume of work and double efforts in order to raise the pace of work. The Director General indicated that he visited this project and other projects today in order to provide support and listen to the problems and obstacles facing the progress of work and find effective solutions for them, and he directed the need for cooperation and coordination between the project management and the resident engineer department to overcome many obstacles.

The Director General explained that this project is one of several projects currently being implemented by the company for the benefit of the Ministry of Oil.

 

The work on it includes the construction of:

1) Workshop

2) Administration building

3) The port building

4) Service buildings

 

His Excellency stated that the current works are (electrical, lighting installations and floor casting) and the completion rate is (80%). On the other hand, he mentioned that the company had already completed dozens of oil and gas projects in various governorates of Iraq, including (gas plants, fuel stations, oil pipelines, cooling towers and various buildings...etc).
