📝 The Director General of Al-Fao Engineering Company, Engineer Ya'rub Qahtan Al-Awad, announced the achievement of advanced completion rates, reaching (94%), in the Jadida Al-Shatt water project in Diyala Governorate.
📝 Al-Awad confirmed that the project, which the company is implementing for the General Directorate of Water, affiliated with the Ministry of Construction, Housing, and Municipalities, is progressing rapidly and smoothly, especially after the complete success of the trial pumping of water to the Jadida Al-Shatt district and the surrounding villages.
📝 The Director General explained that the project's production capacity reaches (2,000) cubic meters per hour, emphasizing the company's commitment to completing all work according to the latest international standards.
📝 In a related context, Al-Awad reviewed the portfolio of current and future projects managed by the company, noting the ongoing work on the Balad water project in Salah Al-Din Governorate, with a capacity of (4,000) cubic meters per hour, and the Hasiba Al-Sharqiya water project in Anbar Governorate, also with a capacity of (4,000) cubic meters per hour.
📝 Al-Awad concluded by emphasizing that Al-Fao General Engineering Company has become a leading specialist in the water sector thanks to its highly experienced engineering staff, citing the company's proven track record in completing previous mega-projects, most notably:
1) Kirkuk Water Project: (12,000) cubic meters per hour capacity.
2) Tal Afar-Zumar Unified Water Project In Nineveh: (10,000) cubic meters per hour capacity.
3) Dujail Water Project In Salah Al-Din: (4,000) cubic meters per hour capacity.
4) Al-Baghdadi Water Project In Anbar: (3,000) cubic meters per hour capacity.
