Women's Rights In The Balance Of The Law: An Interactive Seminar For Female Employees Of Al-Fao General Engineering Company

As part of the activities of the National Strategic Plan for Iraqi Women and the implementation of its awareness programs aimed at empowering women, the Planning and Follow-up Department at Al-Fao General Engineering Company (a division of the Ministry of Construction, Housing, and Municipalities), in cooperation with the Women's Affairs Unit, held a training workshop entitled:

"Awareness And Education Regarding The Retirement Law And Women's Rights"

The workshop witnessed active participation from the company's female employees. Mr. Hashim Hanoun, Director of the Administrative and Financial Affairs Department at the company, provided a detailed explanation of the articles of the law, highlighting the mechanisms for calculating service, simplifying retirement procedures, and ensuring the protection of working women's rights. The workshop concluded with Mr. Hanoun being presented with a certificate of appreciation from the Ministry's Training and Development Center, in recognition of his outstanding role in the success of the training programs.
