Construction Of Low Cost Houses Project In Babil Governorate

Eng. Ammar Abdulrazzaq Issa, the general director of al fao general engineering company one of the companies of ministry housing and construction , announced that the company keep continuing the construction works in low cost houses project in Babil governorate for the benefit of Babil governorate office , the project achieved by two contracts of total cost more than (38) billion Iraqi dinars .
The project consists of (40) residential building with three storeys, each floor consists of (4) apartments each with an area (100) m2, in addition to services buildings such as:-

- Primary school with (18) classes building
- Markets with an area (400) m2 building
- civil defence building
- administration building
- reception building
- mosque building
- nursery and kindergarten building
- Landscape, electrical, drinking water, sanitary network, external fence with main gate.

The project execution percentage about (36 %) of the total construction works. The project was designed by al-fao consulting bureau.
